Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I usually go to the Santa Ana location but decided to give this one a try for our anniversary dinner. We were very disappointed. Staff was extremely rude. We were told to sit wherever, and someone came and tossed the menus on the table without saying a word. The host also reached over me twice, once was over my purse (very uncomfortable for me) to get something on the counter in front of me, second was to hand my husband bread but he did so over my plate instead of walking to where my hubby was sitting, not once did anyone say excuse me. The food also tasted horrible, not at all how it should taste, they also got hubby's food order wrong, he ordered the gumbo with everything in it but pretty much only got fish and an odd piece of chicken. We will never return to this location. If you want to eat at Ritter's PLEASE go to the santa ana location!

To be honest... it was ok. Nothing rocked my world. The crab cocktail had a lot of water in it from being frozen prior to me ordering it. The chowder we ordered were decent (both kinds). The service was good and the decor was really cute. #LocalGuides
